    1 1/2 pounds ground chicken breast
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 small onions, finely chopped
    2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
    2 tablespoons grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
    2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
