2 pounds chicken breast halves
1/2 cup stir fry sauce, divided
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
4 ounces baby carrots
2 ounces pea pods
Sliced water chestnuts,
additional cilantro for garnish
Place chicken in re-sealable plastic bag and add 1/3 cup stir fry sauce,
green onions and cilantro. Seal bag; chill at least 15 minutes.
Set a Black & Decker® Toast-R-OvenT 3000 Series to 375°F. Heat for 5
minutes. Line the oven pan with foil and place chicken on tray. Surround
with carrots.
Bake 30 minutes. Brush chicken with remaining stir fry sauce; add pea pods
and bake an additional 15 minutes or until chicken and carrots are tender.
Garnish with water chestnuts and cilantro.
