    Veal Rotini Dinner

    List of Ingredients

    1 lb veal, cut into bite size pieces
    1 chopped onion
    1 tbsp. dried parsley
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp. dried tarragon, or 1 tsp. fine herbs blend
    2 tbsp. butter
    2 c. rotini pasta
    1 14 1/2 oz. can stewed tomatoes
    1 10oz. bag of frozen peas
    water
    grated Romano cheese, optional

    Recipe

    Place the veal, onion, parsley, garlic, salt, tarragon and the butter to
    the base. Use medium/high heat, cook with the cover off, until the meat
    is thoroughly cooked and onions are clear, stirring frequently.
    Add the pasta, tomatoes, and 2 1/2 c. water and stir slightly.
    Cover, valve open, medium/high heat and cook for 5 minutes.
    Uncover, add the peas, and stir slightly.
    Cover, valve closed, medium heat and cook for 8 minutes.
    Serve with a sprinkling of the grated cheese.
