    Lobster

    List of Ingredients

    2 lbs lobster
    1 bay leaf
    1 small sliced onion
    3 lemon slices
    1/2 c. dry white vermouth
    1 1/2 c. water
    melted butter
    parsley and lemon wedges for garnish

    Recipe

    Place the lobster in the base.
    Add the water, bay leaf, onion, lemon slices, and vermouth.
    Cover, valve closed, high heat, and cook for 5 minutes.
    Reduce heat to low, and cook for 8 - 10 minutes or until the
    lobster is cooked through.
    Remove cover and place on a serving plate with the lemon
    wedges and parsley. Serve with butter.
