1 12 per pkg. box of frozen pierogies
1 medium chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
water
Recipe
Place the frozen pierogies and onions into the base.
Add 1/2 c. of water.
Cover, valve closed, high heat and cook for 5 minutes.
Uncover, add the butter and stir.
Cover, valve closed, high heat and cook for 2 1/2 minutes.
Uncover, turn pierogies over, cover and continue to cook
for 2 1/2 more minutes.
Uncover and check for doneness, or continue cooking to
desired doneness.
Makes 4 servings.
