I took this recipe from about com and make changes for the turbo cooker.
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds fully cooked ham, cut into chunks
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
4 medium potatoes, cut in chunks
3 medium carrots, cut in chunks
1 large onion, coarsely chopped

Sprinkle ham with mustard, brown sugar and vinegar in a
bowl and set aside.
Place potatoes and carrots in base. Add 1/2 c. water.
Cover, valve closed, medium/high heat and cook for 4 minutes.
Uncover. Add 1/2 c. water and stir.
Cover, valve closed, medium/high heat and cook for 4 minutes.
Uncover. Stir in onions and 3/4 c. water.
Cover, valve closed, medium/high heat and cook for 4 minutes.
Uncover. Check vegetable for desired tenderness. If
want more tender, add another 1/2 c. water and cook
another 4 minutes.
Uncover. Stir in ham mixture.
Cover, valve closed, low heat and cook for 4 - 6 minutes, just
enough to heat meat mixture.
Uncover. Stir and serve.
Makes 4 servings.
