Leftover - Turkey Rice Soup

List of Ingredients
1 lb. leftover turkey cubed, no bones
1 sm. chopped onion
3 sliced carrots
3 chopped or sliced celery stalks
1 c. cooked brown rice
1 c. cooked white rice, uncooked quick rice
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. parsley flakes
4 c. waterRecipe
Combine all ingredients in a stockpot on the stove.
Bring to a boil, then reduce and simmer for at least 2 hours.
Or place everything in a large crockpotj/slow cooker and cook on high 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.
