    frozen - Turkey Roast, glazed

    2 1/2 pounds frozen, boneless rolled turkey roast
    ...(without gravy)
    1 cup plum preserves
    1/2 cup bottled Italian salad dressing
    1/2 envelope (1/4 cup) dry onion soup mix
    1 Tablespoon cornstarch
    2 Tablespoons water

    Remove roast from foil pan and wrap in heavy foil.
    Place in shallow pan and roast in 350 degrees for 2 hours.
    Combine plum preserves, salad dressing and soup mix.
    Loosen foil; pour sauce over turkey and reseal foil.
    Roast 1 3/4 to 2 hours more.
    Transfer roast to serving plate; reserve drippings.
    In saucepan, combine cornstarch and water; stir in drippings.
    Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
    Spoon some sauce over turkey and pass the remaining.
