    List of Ingredients




    1 pound ground turkey
    1 egg
    1/4 cup + 1 whole chopped onion, separated
    1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    1 cube chicken bouillon cube
    1 1/2 cups water
    1, 10 3/4 ounce can condensed cream of celery soup
    4 coarsely chopped carrots
    2 chopped celery stalks
    1, 11 ounce can whole kernel corn, drained

    Recipe



    Mix together the turkey, egg, the 1/4 cup onion, garlic salt,
    and pepper. Roll into meatballs.
    Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
    Brown the meatballs and then place on paper towels to drain.
    Bring the water to a boil in a stock pot.
    Dissolve the bouillon cube.
    Stir in the soup.
    Add the carrots, celery, whole chopped onion, and corn.
    Add the meatballs, and bring to a boil.
    Simmer for 25 - 30 minutes.
