    ground - Chinese Turkey

    1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
    Brown with:
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 green pepper, chopped
    Add 1 or 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    and a small amount of milk to thin.
    Add some frozen peas, fresh bean sprouts
    and 1 jar mushrooms, drained.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    May want to add soy sauce to taste.
    Serve over steamed rice.
