    ground - Stuffed Turkey Roll

    1 pound ground turkey
    1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    1/3 cup green onions, finely chopped
    2 Tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
    1 teaspoon fresh tarragon leaves, chopped
    2 Tablespoons catsup
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
    1/4 teaspoon white pepper
    1 cup fresh broccoli, finely chopped
    1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
    1/2 cup yellow Bell pepper, finely chopped
    1/2 Tablespoon chopped garlic

    In large mixing bowl, combine turkey, bread crumbs, green onions, parsley, tarragon,
    egg, catsup, thyme, mustard and white pepper and mix well.
    Lay a piece of wax paper on counter.
    Place meat mixture in middle of wax paper and pat down to form an 8 inch square.
    Set aside.
    In steamer bowl, place broccoli, mushroom and Bell pepper.
    Microwave for 3 minutes on high. Drain well.
    Add garlic to vegetable mixture and stir well.
    Spoon vegetable mixture onto turkey to within 1 inch from all sides.
    Roll turkey, beginning at one end by lifting the plastic wrap until turkey begins to
    roll tightly. Peel plastic wrap away as turkey rolls to the other end.
    Place turkey roll in a baking pan and place in a preheated 350 degree F. oven and
    bake for 35 to 40 minutes covered.
    Uncover and continue to bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown.
    Slice and serve.
