    ground - Turkey Shepherd Pie

    2 pounds ground turkey
    4 medium potatoes
    2 cans creamed corn
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 Tablespoon butter

    Saute onion and meat in skillet.
    Drain and place in bottom of 10 inch casserole.
    Add cream corn to second layer.
    Cover with mashed potatoes.
    Add small pats butter topping.
    Bake at 350 degrees until potatoes form golden crust.
