    leftover - Turkey Pasta Salad

    2 cups Turkey, cooked and diced
    2 cups Penne pasta, cooked, drained and chilled
    1 tablespoon Celery, diced
    1 Tablespoon Onion, minced
    1 Tablespoon Bell pepper, minced
    3/4 cup Mayonnaise
    2 teaspoons Parsley, chopped
    To taste Salt and pepper

    Toss together all ingredients. Cover and chill. Serve on a
    bed of mixed lettuces. Serves 4.
