leftover - Turkey Tetrazzini w/Pasta
1 to 2 cups chopped leftover turkey
4 ounce can mushrooms, reserve liquid
chopped onion to taste
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup all purpose flour
Cook above ingredients in large frying pan.
Add mushroom liquid and water to make 2 cups.
Add
1/2 cup milk
and
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules.
Add
pepper to taste
and
1/2 cup shredded cheese.
Serve over cooked noodles or spaghetti.
