few large pieces of celery
Place the onion, skin and all, and the celery inside
the turkey cavity baking.
This make a very moist and flavorful bird.
Try basting the turkey with apple juice instead of
butter or fat. This results in a beautifully golden
crisp skin and moist meat without any added fat.
The turkey will not have the taste of apples
Your house will smell fabulous.
