2 Tablespoons butter
1 1/2 Tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
2 cups cooked or canned corn
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs, beaten
Melt butter.
Add flour and mix well.
Gradually add milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Add corn, sugar, salt and pepper; heat thoroughly.
Remove from heat; add eggs and mix well.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Serves 8-10.
