Broiled Tomatoes

List of Ingredients
4 med. size ripe tomatoes, washed
1/4 c. fine cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano or basil
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1 tbsp. oilRecipe
Slice the tomatoes in half from the top to the bottom.
Place on a baking sheet, cut side up.
Mix together the crumbs, salt, oregano, thyme and oil and sprinkle over the tomatoes.
Broil 8 - 10" from the heat for about 4 minutes or until golden brown.
Garnish with parsley sprigs, if desired.
Makes 4 servings.
