1 1/2 c Stuffing mix, herb-seasoned Mustard, dijon
2 ts Butter (or marg.); melted 8 Tomatoes; halved
1/2 c Cheese, Parmesan; grated
Combine stuffing mix, butter, and cheese; mix well.
Spread mustard over surface of tomatoes. Spoon stuffing mixture over
mustard. Broil 4 inches from heat about 7 minutes or until topping is
lightly browned. Makes 16 servings.
