Brussels Sprouts in Beer

List of Ingredients
1 lb. brussels sprouts, fresh or frozen
...if using fresh, trim and wash
can or more of any brand of beer
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
Recipe
Place sprouts in a medium size saucepan and pour enough beer on them to cover.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until it reaches desired tenderness. Add more beer if needed, as the liquid evaporates.
Drain, then add salt and butter.
Serve hot.
Makes 4 servings.
