    This is tasty dish, often served with ham
    and green beans.
    This is also taken as a dish for get togethers.

    List of Ingredients




    Buffet Potato Casserole

    6 - 8 cooked potatoes, peeled + diced
    ...or 2 lbs. frozen hash browns
    1 10 3/4oz. can of chicken soup, undiluted
    1/2 soup can of milk
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. grated onion, sauteed in butter, optional
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. crushed corn flakes

    Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 2 to 3 quart casserole dish or a
    9x13x2" pan and place potatoes inside.
    Combine soup, milk, sour cream, cheese, onion, salt and pepper.
    If a saucier dish is desired, add 2 - 3 tbsp. additional milk.
    Mix well and spread sauce over potatoes.
    Melt butter and combine with corn crumbs. Sprinkle crumbs over the
    casserole.
    Bake uncovered for 30 - 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
    Makes 8 servings.
