Butternut Squash Casserole
1 2lb. butternut squash
2 apples peeled, cored and sliced (your choice)
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons butter, cut into small bits
1 tablespoon flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Nuke squash to soften to peel and clean, cut squash into slices or dice,
place squash, then apple, squash then apple pieces side by side in
ungreased glass pan, 9x11 or so, or any baking dish of your choice,
combine the rest of the ingredients until they become crumbly, sprinkle
that mixture on top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes, or
they form a light brown crust on top and are easy to pierce with a fork,
