Cabbage Casserole #1, baked*
8 cups partially cooked, shredded cabbage, well drained
water
1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup salad dressing
1/2 cup milk
2 cups crushed saltine crackers, (I prefer
...Ritz type or butter flavored)
2 cups shredded Provologne or Cheddar cheese
Mix soup, salad dressing and milk together.
Cook for a few minutes, stirring until smooth.
Line a 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish with 1/2 the
crackers, 1/2 the cabbage, 1/2 the milk sauce
and 1/2 the cheese.
Repeat the layers.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35 to 40 minutes or
until cheese is bubbly.
