Cabbage Casserole #2
1/2 cup butter
1 cup corn flakes, crumbled
4 cups shredded cabbage
1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of celery soup
1 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated sharp cheese
1 small minced onion
Melt butter in long casserole dish. Crumble corn flakes
and mix with butter. Sprinkle a light coating on bottom
of baking dish. Spread cabbage on top of that. Sprinkle
with onion. Mix together soup, milk and mayonnaise.
Pour over top. Sprinkle cheese and top with rest of
corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes.
