Carrot Casserole #1
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
dash of cinnamon
2 well beaten eggs
2 c. cooked carrots
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine, (1 stick)
Preheat oven to 350. Butter a 1 1/2 - 2 quart casserole.
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Then add the eggs and carrots and blend.
Add the butter and mix well.
Cover and bake for 1 hour.
