Carrots in Apple Juice

List of Ingredients
8 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 garlic clove
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. chicken or vegetable broth
1/4 c. apple juice Recipe
In a saucepan, cover carrots with water and add salt.
Bring to a boil and cook 10 minutes or until tender.
Drain carrots and return to saucepan.
Add remaining ingredients and heat until liquid is partially reduced.
Discard garlic and serve immediately.
Makes 6 - 8 servings.
