Corn on the Cob with Mustard Butter

1/2 c. Dijon mustard
1/2 c. softened butter, (1 stick)
1 clove minced garlic
8 ears fresh corn Recipe
Stir together the mustard, butter and garlic. Set aside.
Carefully pull the corn husks back and remove the silk strings.
Place the corn in enough water to cover, and let stand for 1 hour.
Drain and pat dry.
Spread the butter mixture evenly over each ear of corn, making sure to cover the kernels.
Carefully pull the husks back over the corn.
Tear off 1 of the husks, and use it to tie the ends of the rest of the husks together.
Place on the grill.
Cover and cook over a medium heat for 25 minutes. Turn occasionally.
(In a regular oven, place on a rack on a baking sheet and bake at 300 - 350).
If you have any extra butter mixture, serve with the hot corn.
Makes 8 servings.
