Creamy Spinach Casserole #1

1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
2 10oz. cans cream of celery soup, undiluted
4 10oz. pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed +
...squeeze dried, making sure to get as much moisture
...as possible out
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 c. diced onions
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
3 tbsp. melted butter

Preheat oven to 325. Lightly grease a 2 quart casserole dish.
Beat together the cream cheese and soup.
Fold in the spinach until well combined.
Stir in salt, pepper and onions.
Pour into dish.
Mix bread crumbs and butter together and sprinkle on top.
Bake for 30 minutes.
