    Creamy Parmesan Corn

    1 16oz. pkg. frozen corn
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1 tbsp. butter
    2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 dash nutmeg

    Recipe



    Cook corn as directed on package and drain.
    Meanwhile in medium saucepan, bring cream to a boil for 2 minutes.
    Stir in butter and cheese until melted. Pour over corn.
    Makes 5 servings.
