Grated Potatoes
6 medium potatoes
1 small can evaporated milk 10 ounce pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 stick margarine
salt and pepper to taste
Scrub and wash potatoes.
Boil potatoes with jackets on (unpeeled).
Cook until tender; drain.
Cool.
Grate potatoes in casserole dish.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour evaporated milk over grated potatoes.
Cut margarine in pieces on top of potatoes.
Sprinkle the grated Cheddar cheese on top to cover the potatoes.
Cover with foil.
Bake in 350 degrees oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
