Green Beans with Sauce

List of Ingredients
2 quarts + 1/4 c. water
2 lbs. fresh green beans, washed and trimmed
1/2 c. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light
1/2 chopped onion
1 tbsp. freshly minced garlic
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. instant beef bouillon granules
1/4 c. water
salt and pepper to taste Recipe
Bring the 2 quarts of water to a boil.
Add the green beans and cook for 5 minutes.
Drain and rinse with cold water.
Melt the butter light in a large saucepan.
Using a high heat and mixing well, add the green beans, onions and garlic.
Stir in the soy sauce.
Continue stirring and add the bouillon and the 1/4 c. water.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Makes 4 servings.
