HashBrown Potato Casserole
2 pound package frozen hash browns, thawed
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 cup chopped onion
1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of celery soup, undiluted
8 ounces sour cream
2 csups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups crushed corn flakes
Combine potatoes, 1 stick melted butter, onions, soup,
sour cream and cheese, stir well.
Spoon into greased 2 1/2 quarat casserole.
Stir the 1/2 stick melted butter into cereal and
sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Garnish with parsley, if desired.
Baking dish 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4 inches may also be used.
