Honey Glazed Carrots

1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. apple juice
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. water
1 16oz. pkg. baby carrots, (about 3 1/2 c.)Recipe
In medium saucepan over high heat, bring honey, apple juice, butter and water to a boil.
Add carrots.
Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until liquid is reduced to a glaze and carrots are tender.
Makes 4 servings.
