Lima Bean Casserole #1, easy
2 cups frozen baby lima beans
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup milk
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
In a bowl, combine lima beans, soup, celery and milk.
Pour into a buttered 11x7x2 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes.
Uncover; bake 10 minutes longer or until the bread
crumbs are lightly browned.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
