Mock Crab Cakes w/Zucchini

Mock Crab Cakes w/Zucchini
2 cups peeled and grated zucchini
(we scrub and grate, don't peel)
1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten lightly
1 1/4 teaspoons Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
('to taste', really; please do not substitute!)
1 tablespoon miracle whip or mayonaise
Mix all ingredients together and form into small patties.
Fry in butter, margarine, or oil (your choice but we use
Olive oil) until golden brown.
OR
to serve as appetizers:
Roll into very small balls and deep fry.
Serve with your favorite tartar or seafood sauce.
