Parsley Potato Boil

List of Ingredients
2 tbsp. butter
6 medium potatoes, with the skins on, sliced 1/4" thick
2 mediuim sliced onions
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. snipped parsley
3/4 c. waterRecipe
Melt butter in a large skillet, coating the bottom and sides.
Layer half the potatoes and onions, then sprinkle with half the salt, pepper and parsley.
Repeat with remaining potatoes and spices.
Add water.
Bring almost to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and water is mostly absorbed.
