    Party Potatoes

    4 - 5 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 packet dry vegetable soup mix
    1 small carton whipping cream

    Coat a baking pan with cooking spray. Placed sliced
    potatoes into pan. Mix together soup mix and whipping
    cream. Pour over top of potatoes. Bake in a 350 degree
    oven for about 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
