Potatoes, creamed
6 to 8 potatoes
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. margarine
pinch of salt
pepper to taste
Peel potatoes as you would for mashed potatoes.
Slice rather thick
Put in a boiler and cover with warm water.
Add salt, pepper and margarine.
When potatoes are soft, take out a small amount of broth and put in a
container.
Mix your flour into this and then add slowly to potatoes while stirring.
Cook until it thickens.
