2 large rutabagas, peeled and cut in chunks
4 large Vidalia onions, cut in half, then sliced
1 Tablespoon freshly chopped garlic
2 teaspoons sesame oil
3 Tablespoons Kikkoman teriyaki marinade sauce
2 Tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon J.D.'s Magic (dry beef seasoning mix)
2 Tablespoons butter (1 ounce)
Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients together in a very large baking dish.
Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until tender crisp, but not dry.
This dish goes very well with pork, chicken or veal.
