    List of Ingredients

    Scalloped Corn #1, regular

    1/2 cup diced onion
    1 - 2 tablespoons butter, plus extra for dots
    1, 10 ounce can whole kernel corn
    ....or may try creamed
    1 vegetable can of milk
    1 sleeve crushed Ritz type crackers
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 cup cornmeal crumbs or Italian seasoned

    Saute onion in butter. Then mix with remaining
    ingredients, except butter for dotting and bread
    crumbs.Pour into a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole
    dish.Sprinkle with crumbs and place 4/5 dots of
    butter on top. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
