3 10oz. pkg. frozen Brussels sprouts
6 tbsp. butter
2 large red bell peppers, cut into 3/4" wide strips
1 tsp. dry basil
1 tsp. prepared mustard
salt and pepperRecipe
Prepare Brussels sprouts to package directions to your desired tenderness. Set aside.
Melt butter in a 4/5 quart saucepan over a medium/high heat.
Add peppers, cover, and cook until slightly soft, about 3 - 4 minutes.
Stir in basil, mustard, and sprouts.
Continue cooking, stirring frequently, until sprouts are heated through, about 4/5 more minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
