1 pound ground venison
1 chopped onion
1 chopped sweet green pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1, 16 ounce can baked beans
1, 8 ounce package elbow pasta, cooked al dente, drained
1/2 cup tomato juice
1/2 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese
1/8 cup grated Parmesan cheese
THERE you have it try it you'll love it.
Recipe
Mix the venison, onion, chopped pepper, salt and black
pepper together and place in the bottom of a 2 quart baking
dish.
Mix the beans, pasta and tomato juice together and pour
over top of the venison mixture.
Sprinkle with the Cheddar cheese, then the Parmesan.
Bake at 350 until the meat is cooked and the top is bubbly.
