butter
thinly sliced potato slices
thin sliced carrots
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1/2 of a 16 ounce bag frozen peas
3 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
thinly sliced onion slices
2 pounds ground venision
1, 10 3/4 ounce can tomato soup
1 soup can water
salt and pepper to taste.
Recipe
Lightly grease a large roaster pan with butter.
Place a 1 inch layer of potatoes and carrots in the pan.
Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the rice on top.
Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
Then the peas and beef granules.
Place a layer of the onions over top of that.
Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the ground venison all over.
Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
Mix the soup with the water and spread over top.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 1/2 hours.
Uncover and bake another 30 minutes.
Note:
If you have a hot oven, turn the heat back to 325 degrees F.
