List of Ingredients
- 2 punnets strawberries
- 1 pineapple
- 4 kiwi fruit
- 4 passionfruit
- 3 tablespoons caster sugar
- 375ml cointreau
- ice cubes
- 375ml vodka
- 500ml orange juice
- 500ml pineapple juice
- 2 bottles of champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
Instructions
- Cut the fruit into bite sized pieces, and scoop out the passionfruit pulp. Combine in a bowl, sprinkle with caster sugar and pour over the Cointreau. Mix gently and refrigerate overnight.
- Half-fill a large jug with ice cubes, add the fruit and pour over the vodka, orange juice, pineapple juice and champagne.
- Stir gently and serve immediately.
