Pecan Ice Cream Cake

List of Ingredients
- 2 litres of softened vanilla ice cream
- 2 litres of softened chocolate ice cream
- 1 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)
- 3/4 cup sultanas
- 1 cup chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup chopped glace cherries
- 1 cup chopped glace pineapple
Instructions
- Mix chocolate icecream, pecans, sultanas and chocolate.
- Mix vanilla icecream, cherries and pineapple.
- Place large spoonfuls of each mixture into a lined 22cm spring form pan, alternating mixtures to give a marbled, layered effect.
- Freeze. Decorate with pecans on top.
