    Pecan Ice Cream Cake

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 litres of softened vanilla ice cream
    • 2 litres of softened chocolate ice cream
    • 1 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)
    • 3/4 cup sultanas
    • 1 cup chocolate, chopped
    • 1 cup chopped glace cherries
    • 1 cup chopped glace pineapple


    Instructions


    1. Mix chocolate icecream, pecans, sultanas and chocolate.
    2. Mix vanilla icecream, cherries and pineapple.
    3. Place large spoonfuls of each mixture into a lined 22cm spring form pan, alternating mixtures to give a marbled, layered effect.
    4. Freeze. Decorate with pecans on top.
