Sugar Free, Non-Fat Muffins

- 2 large bananas
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups wholemeal flour
- 1/2 cup of non-fat blueberry yoghurt
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup of skim milk
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Mash bananas. Whisk eggs and add to yoghurt. Mix well.
- Place flour, cinnamon, baking powder together in a bowl and mix.
- Add milk and yoghurt/egg mixture.
- Spoon into muffin pans. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Final Comments
These muffins are a bit tougher than regular muffins, because they have no added sugar.
