    List of Ingredients


    • 2 large bananas
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 2 cups wholemeal flour
    • 1/2 cup of non-fat blueberry yoghurt
    • 1/3 - 1/2 cup of skim milk
    • 2 eggs


    Instructions


    1. Mash bananas. Whisk eggs and add to yoghurt. Mix well.
    2. Place flour, cinnamon, baking powder together in a bowl and mix.
    3. Add milk and yoghurt/egg mixture.
    4. Spoon into muffin pans. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.


    Final Comments


    These muffins are a bit tougher than regular muffins, because they have no added sugar.
