Fruit Crumble Topping

Recipe Introduction
This mixture can be used as a topping for any type of fruit crumble. I prefer apple crumbles, but you can use blueberries, peaches, rhubarb etc.
List of Ingredients
- 1/2 rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons plain flour
- crushed corn flakes
- chopped walnuts, almonds, or macadamia nuts
- 30g butter
- sugar to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter. Mix all ingredients together.
- Place uncooked chopped fruit in an ovenproof dish. Add topping mixture.
- Cook in moderate oven until topping is slightly crunchy.
