Lemon Sorbet

Recipe Introduction
You can make sorbet using any type of fruit, such as oranges, lychees etc.
List of Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1 cup (250ml) lemon juice
Instructions
- Place water and sugar in a saucepan, and stir over a low heat until dissolved.
- Remove and cool slightly before adding lemon juice.
- Stir until smooth, and pour into a shallow baking tray. Cover and place into the freezer for 2 hours.
- Remove and mash with a fork to break up the ice and return to the freezer for another hour.
Final Comments
Serve scoops of the sorbet with some summer fruits.
