List of Ingredients
- 1 madeira cake (150g)
- 2 tablespoons of sweet sherry (or any type of fruit liquer)
- 1 packet jelly (raspberry)
- 1 cup of boiling water
- 425g can sliced peaches
- 1/2 cup thickened cream
- custard
Instructions
- Cut cake into evenly sized squares. Place in bowl, and sprinkle with sherry
- Dissolve jelly in boiling water, then add cold water. Pour over cake. Place peaches on top of cake.
- Cover with custard, and refrigerate until set.
- Top with whipped cream and fruit to decorate.
