List of Ingredients
- 500g cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 cup of snipped fresh chives
Instructions
- Put the cream cheese in a large bowl and beat with electric beaters until soft and creamy. Mix in lemon juice and garlic. In a seperate bowl, combine thyme, tarragon and parsley
- Line a tin with foil (20 x 30 cm tin). Spread the chives over the base of the tin, then spoon cream cheese over the chives. Gently spread cheese into the tin, pushing it into any gaps. Sprinkle the combined herbs evenly over the cheese.
- Lift the foil from the tin and place on a work surface. Roll the cheese into a log, starting from the longest edge. Cover and place on a tray.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Slice and serve with savory biscuits.
