    Recipe Introduction

I normally do not enjoy fish, but this is a really nice meal, and very easy.

    List of Ingredients

    • 30g butter
    • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
    • 1 stick celery finely chopped
    • 1 tablespoon plain flour
    • 3/4 cup milk
    • 1/2 cup cream
    • 1/3 cup grated tasty cheese
    • corn
    • 185g can tuna, drained
    • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
    • 1/4 cup extra grated cheese
    • cooked pasta

    Instructions

    1. Melt butter in medium saucepan, add onion and celery, stir constantly over medium heat for about 3 minutes or until onion is soft. Add flour, stir constantly over medium heat for 1 min or until bubbly. Gradually stir in combined milk and cream; stir constantly over high heat until mixture boils and thickens
    2. Remove from heat and add cheese, corn and tuna. Stir gently until cheese is melted. Add cooked pasta and stir. Spoon the mixture into ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and extra cheese. Bake in moderate oven for about 15 minutes.
